Mouse over most links for a brief moment and you will see a tooltip, which provides more information on what the link does.

2. I entered a topic and created a notebook from the landing page. How do I save it?

You need to have an account to save the notebook. You may either

click on the title to see the full notebook, and use the save button on the title bar. You will be prompted for your username and password, and the notebook will be saved to your library after you login.
or simply login. The notebook will be automatically added to your library.

If you do not save the notebook while logged out, it will be removed automatically after a reasonable time.

3. What does it mean for a notebook to be public?

Public Notebooks are:

Visible in search results
Viewable to all registered and unregistered users
Editable by anyone if you choose "anyone can change"
Appear in your recent actions and other people's feed when it is modified

Not visible in search results
Accessible only to the user who created the notebook
Editable only by the user who created the notebook
Will not appear in your actions or other people's feed

5. Can I switch whether a notebook is public or private?

Yes. Note that once a notebook is made public, it cannot be changed back to be private again. This is because other people may have saved your notebook in their libraries since it is made public.

6. How can I rearrange pages in my notebooks?

Pages can be reordered by dragging and dropping them into a different position. Drag the page body, not the page title for page rearrangement. This can only be done when you open a notebook in full notebook view by clicking on its title link.

7. How can I put images into my notebooks?

Images can be inserted by putting the image source URL (e.g. http://mywebsite.com/image.gif) into any notebook page. When you expand a page the URL is automatically replaced with an image.

8. How can I control which image thumbnail is displayed next to notebook pages?

The first image URL that appears in a notebook page (e.g. http://mywebsite.com/image.gif) is used as the thumbnail. The remaining images will only appear when pages are expanded.

9. What is feed and why am I getting them?

Feed consists of notifications on who has done what on notebooks. It keeps you posted on notebooks that you are interested in or follow other people whose notebooks are of interest to you. You may get feed because:

Your notebook has been modified by others
You have saved other people's notebooks, which are modified
In your preference, you choose to follow notebook author. This means when you save a notebook by others, you would like to get notified when they work on other notebooks

If you do not want to be bothered by a particular user, simply click block button next to their feed and you will not hear from them again. You can change your mind and unblock them later from your preference.

If you do not want to get feed at all, turn it off in your preference.

10. I don't want others see my recent actions in my public profile. How do I turn them off?

You can do so in your preference.

11. What happens when I invite a friend to join iLeonardo?

Your friend will receive an email with a link to sign up. After their account is confirmed, both you and your friend will get a message inside iLeonardo with links to your profiles.

Signup at iLeonardo is invite-only to build a trusted social network.

12. In IE 7 my pop-up blocker prevents me from using the bookmarklet, is there anything I can do?

Hold Ctrl+Alt down while clicking the bookmarklet. This lets the window get through the pop-up blocker.

13. In Firefox the bookmarklet keeps loading behind the main window, is there a way around this?

Open the 'Internet Options' panel
- Mac: Press ,
- PC: Click 'Tools->Internet Options'
Select the 'Content' tab
Click the 'Advanced' button that appears to the right of the 'Enable Javascript' check box
Enable the option 'Raise or Lower Windows'

The bookmarklet panel will now move to the front when it finishes loading.
